Job summary

GreatAmerica Financial Services is seeking a Director, Data, Analytics and Insights to lead data and analytics strategy across the enterprise. You will own dashboards, KPIs, and insights for executive decision-making, partnering with Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance to align analytics with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience defining and executing data & analytics strategies at scale.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and driving cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience working in an agile or product-based delivery model preferred.
• Experience with modern BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead with executive leadership to identify and prioritize high-value data initiatives.
• Establish operating model for enterprise analytics with governance and capacity planning.
• Develop deep understanding of customers to align analytics with real-world needs.
• Build partnerships across Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
• Own dashboards and KPIs providing visibility into enterprise performance.
• Lead customer segmentation and lifetime value modeling to inform growth.
