Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks a Divisional Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing to lead strategic data center sourcing across the Americas. You will build and direct high-performing teams, develop client-aligned sourcing strategies, and drive supplier performance in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, guiding renewals and expansions, and ensuring compliant, value-driven outcomes for data center accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Proven track record leading large teams in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (US based).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top sourcing talent.
• Lead and coach Group Sourcing Leads, Team Leads, and Large Account Leaders on performance and career development.
• Develop and execute data center sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client strategies.
• Proactively manage suppliers to meet performance expectations across accounts.
• Establish relationships within Americas' Leadership across business lines and drive best practices.
• Deliver sustainable operational excellence and end-to-end sourcing excellence across the portfolio.
