You will build and mentor high‑performing teams, align client strategies with market intelligence, and drive supplier performance across a global portfolio.

The role requires 15–20 years of sourcing experience, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to navigate a matrix organization in a remote environment, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; MBA preferred.
• At least 15-20 years of experience working with sourcing and procurement.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Proven track record leading successful teams.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization.
• Travel: 25% (US based).
