Job summary

JLL is seeking a Divisional Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing Leader to drive strategic sourcing across JLL's Data Center portfolio, aligning leadership goals, market intelligence, and client strategies to deliver sustainable value.

You will build and lead a world-class sourcing organization, recruit and develop top talent, coach leaders, manage suppliers, and ensure best-in-class performance across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years in sourcing/procurement leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in a matrix client organization and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing Data Center sourcing teams.
• Develop and execute Data Center sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with Americas leadership and clients.
• Manage suppliers to meet performance targets.
• Drive renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Solutions Development, and Sourcing Enablement.
• Support sales process and client engagements.
