Job summary

JLL is seeking a Divisional Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing Leader to drive strategic sourcing across the Data Center portfolio. You will lead high‑performing teams, shape sourcing strategies, and partner with Data Center leadership and clients to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience with sourcing and procurement.
Excellent communication skills — oral and written.
Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
Travel: 25% (US based).

Responsibilities

Develop and lead high-performing sourcing teams within Data Center programs.
Execute Data Center sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client strategies.
Establish relationships within Americas' Leadership across business lines and manage suppliers for performance.
Oversee risk, savings, and compliance through supplier performance management.
Lead with culture of inclusion and collaboration across the team.
