JLL is seeking a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement leader to build and lead high-performing teams across the Americas. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategy, and supplier performance excellence in a complex, matrix client environment. Remote work from multiple US locations is supported.

You will recruit and develop top talent, drive divisional sourcing strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure compliance while delivering cost savings and value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top Sourcing talent.
• Develop divisional sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client strategies.
• Proactively manage suppliers to meet performance expectations and drive savings.
