Job summary

JLL is seeking a Divisional Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing leader to drive strategic sourcing across its Data Center portfolio. You will lead data center sourcing strategies, build and mentor high-performing teams, and align client strategies with market intelligence to deliver sustainable value and best-in-class performance.

You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with leadership across Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Excellent communication skills — oral and written.
• Proven track record leading successful teams.
• Willingness to travel 25% (US based).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing sourcing teams.
• Execute Data Center sourcing strategies with input from leadership and client strategies.
• Grow the business through collaboration with sales and account teams.
• Achieve financial/compliance results and manage supplier performance.

Education
