JLL is seeking a senior sourcing leader to build and direct high performing teams across the Americas. You will shape divisional sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and align client goals with program execution.

Responsibilities include renewing and expanding business, mentoring leaders, and delivering compliant, value‑driven outcomes. Requires 15+ years in Sourcing/Procurement, a BA/BS (MBA preferred), and excellent communication in a matrix client organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience working with Sourcing and Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and Leads High Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and retain top Sourcing talent; coach leaders; foster an inclusive culture.
• Execute with Excellence: Develop divisional sourcing strategies; align with client goals; manage supplier performance.
• Grows the Business: Collaborate with Sourcing, Solutions Development, and Business Development to support sales; expand renewals and new business.
• Achieves Financial/Compliance Results: Identify risks; manage supplier performance; ensure sourcing compliance and savings tracking.
