Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. You will turn our client base and sales collateral into a growth lever, guiding a team of eight across three functions from day one.

You will own positioning, messaging, and launches for our B2B service lines, lead collateral and campaigns, and drive revenue through client references and executive events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director owning positioning and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams to deliver decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns and client references.
• Define KPIs for collateral adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue from existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them with messaging and enablement.
