Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. You will guide strategy, onboarding an eight-person team across three functions, and collaborate with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing, lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, and drive customer marketing initiatives and events with revenue targets defined with Sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience owning positioning, messaging, and launches at a B2B company
• Proven ability to build and lead a marketing function

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing: positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, competitive intelligence
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams: create decks, case studies, one-pagers, proposals
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events: upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client references, events
• Build the new area: hire, define KPIs, report results to CMO
• Partner with Sales to close win-rate gaps via messaging and enablement
