Zusammenfassung

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. You will inherit an eight-person team across three functions, define strategy, and collaborate with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing, lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting, and drive customer marketing and events with revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director owning positioning, messaging, and launches at a B2B company.
• Experience in customer marketing, including upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client case studies and references, client events and webinars, ABM to existing accounts.
• Proficiency in copy management, including briefing, editing, and quality control of B2B copy, and managing writers.

Aufgaben

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and new offerings.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, setting frameworks and delivering pitch decks, case studies, and proposals used by Sales.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell/cross-sell campaigns and client reference programs with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs and reporting results to the CMO and executive team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them through messaging, collateral, and enablement.
