STACK Infrastructure seeks a Director of Technical Operations to oversee safe, reliable operation of critical data center infrastructure. Lead a cross-functional team focused on governance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across electrical, mechanical, and supporting systems.

You will align roadmaps, standards, and risk-based improvements with field needs, mentor leaders, and drive operational excellence across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in data center or comparable mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading multi-site operational programs, teams, or capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure (power distribution, UPS, cooling, fire/life-safety).
• Experience establishing or governing operational standards, maintenance/reliability programs, risk-management processes.
• Ability to integrate multiple programs, prioritize risks, and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing program leaders.
• Experience managing team budgets and prioritizing resources.
• Executive communication, problem-solving, and change-leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
