Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Critical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a Plano data center campus. You will supervise staff, manage safety programs, and ensure uptime of mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems while driving efficiency projects and training.

You will report to the Senior Director, Critical Operations and coordinate with vendors to maintain commissioning and preventative maintenance, ensuring a reliable data center environment and strong customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in data center or mission-critical ops.
• 3–5 years in administering and managing facility preventative maintenance programs.
• 3–5 years in vendor and project management.
• Expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture across STACK data centers.
• Advise on maintenance programs and site-level KPIs.
• Operate, monitor, and respond to abnormal conditions in the facility.
• Develop and manage site budgets and forecasting (CapEx/OpEx).
• Train and mentor junior staff and manage vendor relationships.
