• 7+ years in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading multi-site operational programs or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence.
• Align domain roadmaps, governance, and priorities with field needs.
• Drive improvements across safety, reliability, and performance.
• Establish and govern operational standards, maintenance, and risk-management programs.
