STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Critical Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations at our Plano, TX data center campus. You will supervise electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems, drive preventative maintenance programs, and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Strong leadership and incident response experience are essential. You will develop training plans, lead site-level improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering reliable uptime for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in data center or mission-critical ops.
• 3–5 years driving preventive maintenance programs.
• 3–5 years in vendor and project management.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire life safety.
• Experience with data center monitoring and trending.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety culture across STACK data centers.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Monitor and respond to abnormal facility conditions.
• Develop site budgets (CapEx/OpEx) and forecasts.
• Train and mentor junior staff; manage vendors and contracts.
• Create detailed procedures for maintenance events and emergencies.
• Ensure audits, compliance, and commissioning activities.
