Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a Director of Technical Operations to oversee safe, reliable operation of critical data center infrastructure across the portfolio. You will lead the Technical Operations team, integrating capability roadmaps, governance, and resource priorities to drive performance and risk management.

You will mentor leaders, champion safety and transparency, and align standards with field operations while coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading multi-site programs or teams across a distributed portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern multi-site Technical Operations programs across the portfolio.
• Set standards, governance, and improvement initiatives for critical facilities operations.
• Mentor leaders and coordinate field enablement and change adoption.
