Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking an experienced Manager, Creator Management to lead the East Coast campaign management team and drive day-to-day strategy and execution for Fortune 500 clients. You will work with Client Management and Creative teams, building relationships with influencers across platforms.

You will oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management, while aligning with brand goals and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing multiple six- to seven-figure campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and influencer budget management.
• Extensive network of managers/agents or influencer contacts.
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Develop creator strategies, refine success metrics, and introduce new measures.
• Support training in planning, audience reporting, and tools usage.
• Coordinate between campaign management and account management, analytics, and operations.
• Oversee casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management for campaigns.
• Understand offline/online space and brand–media–consumer relationships.
• Work with influencer marketing space knowledge or strong interest.
• Utilize performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
• Maintain organization, timelines, and records; collaborate cross-functionally.
