Influential is seeking a highly experienced SVP, Creator Strategy & Partnerships in New York to lead a 13-person talent and creator partnership team. The role oversees talent sourcing, evaluation, and recommendations across pre-sale and post-sale client engagements, and leads complex negotiations for high-profile partnerships.

The SVP will shape talent strategy, build agency relationships, and drive incremental revenue through proactive talent-led opportunities and strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across creator marketing, talent partnerships, talent representation, influencer marketing, entertainment, media, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading high-performing teams and managing a function of about 13 professionals.
• Deep expertise in creator and talent strategy, including evaluation, negotiations, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team, setting priorities and expectations.
• Own talent sourcing, strategy, recommendations, and partnerships across pre- and post-sale engagements.
• Develop proxy lists and talent recommendations aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Lead senior talent negotiations, pricing, usage, exclusivity, and deal structures.
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, account, creative, media, and campaign teams to integrate talent strategy.
• Identify proactive talent-led opportunities to deepen client relationships and revenue.
