Job summary

Sunday is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to scale creator networks, affiliate programs, and retail partnerships. You will own the influencer program, building a high-volume, performance-driven creator network that feeds paid campaigns.

Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to prioritize impact and optimize recruitment, briefs, and testing. You will work with paid social and agencies to refine what works, recruit more, and evolve briefs and concepts for sustained growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of influencer/affiliate/creator partnerships experience.
• Deep understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of paid creator content, partnership ads, and performance metrics.
• Analytical and creative mindset; able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder working directly with talent.
• Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of creators across personas, niches, and formats, prioritizing content quality and impact on subscriptions and retail sell-through.
• Collaborate with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance, identify winning creators, and improve recruitment and briefs.
• Develop reporting around creator performance, including spend, CAC, ROAS, and creator-level results.
• Test new influencer formats, incentives, and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
• Manage content approval by coordinating feedback and delivering final notes to influencers.
• Coordinate with Brand and R&D to keep briefs on-brand and regulation-compliant.
• Scout and test new UGC/influencer sourcing platforms to improve discovery and recruitment.
• Leverage seeded content to generate UGC and support paid campaigns.
• Create clear creator briefs aligned with content strategy while allowing creativity.
