Job summary

Sunday is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to own and grow our creator, affiliate, and retail partnership programs. You’ll build a high-volume network of creators focused on performance-driven content that fuels paid media, working with the Director of Growth Marketing.

You’ll analyze results with the Paid Social Manager, refine briefs, test new formats, and ensure brand alignment with Brand and R&D.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• Deep understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid creator content, Meta advertising, partnership ads, usage rights, and performance metrics.
• Analytical and creative, comfortable turning data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder who works directly with talent and management.
• Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of creators across personas, niches, and content formats, prioritizing content quality over follower count.
• Partner with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance, identify winning creators and concepts, and improve recruitment and briefs.
• Build reporting and processes around creator performance, including spend, CAC, ROAS, and creator-level results.
• Test new influencer formats, incentives, and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
• Manage the internal content approval process by coordinating feedback from team members and delivering final notes to influencers.
• Lead and expand Sunday’s affiliate and ambassador programs, defining KPIs and tracking ROI with Growth and Analytics teams.
• Partner with Retail and Growth teams to support retail campaigns and align initiatives with launches.
• Scope additional partnerships, testing roadmaps, and performance-driven optimization.
