Job summary

Sunday is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to own and scale our creator network, affiliates, and retail partnerships. You will prioritize high‑quality content and partnerships that drive paid performance and measurable growth across DTC channels.

Working with the Director of Growth Marketing, you will recruit creators, develop briefs, test formats, and optimize campaigns for efficiency while ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• Deep understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid creator content, Meta advertising, partnership ads, usage rights, and performance metrics.
• Analytical and creative, comfortable turning data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder who is comfortable working directly with talent and management.
• Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of creators across personas, niches, and content formats to drive DTC subscriptions and retail sell-through.
• Partner with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance and continuously improve recruitment and briefs.
• Develop creator briefs and testing roadmaps to scale growth across partnerships.
• Lead and expand affiliate and ambassador programs to grow performance-driven partnerships.
• Align partnerships with retail initiatives, launches, and seasonal moments, and support in-store/online campaigns.
