Sunday is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to own and scale our creator, affiliate, and retail partnerships. You will recruit high-quality creators, collaborate with paid social and creative teams, and shape briefs that drive performance.

The role emphasizes scalable, data-informed content and strong relationship building with talent and management. Responsibilities include building a robust creator pipeline, optimizing recruitment briefs, and expanding ambassador programs to fuel

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• Strong understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Analytical and creative, able to turn data into actionable insights and test hypotheses.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder who works directly with talent and management.
• Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Mansioni

• Build a strong pipeline of creators across personas, niches, and formats with a focus on content quality and performance-driven impact.
• Partner with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance, identify winning creators and concepts, and improve recruitment briefs.
• Develop reporting on creator performance, including spend, CAC, ROAS, and creator-level results.
• Test new influencer formats, incentives, and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
• Lead and expand Sunday’s affiliate and ambassador programs to grow performance-driven partnerships.
• Create and evolve clear creator briefs that align with our content strategy while allowing creator creativity.
• Align partnerships with key retail initiatives, launches, and seasonal moments.
