Job summary

Enhanced is seeking a creator marketing leader to build and scale our talent partnerships program. You will source, evaluate, and recruit creators, manage managers and agencies, and craft partnerships that drive authentic brand moments.

You bring 4–6+ years in influencer, talent, or brand partnerships, with deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, UGC, and paid social, and you are excited to launch a new function at scale.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or related functions.
• Proven ability to source and recruit creators, influencers, or high-profile talent.
• Experience with celebrities, athletes, or agents is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, UGC, and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a proactive pipeline of creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop repeatable sourcing and outreach strategies across platforms, agencies, management companies, and direct outreach.
• Recruit and manage creators who can generate organic content, paid social assets, reach, engagement, and measurable performance.
• Negotiate compensation, usage rights, and partnership terms from outreach to onboarding.
• Track performance and scale the creator and talent acquisition engine over time.
