Job summary

Activate Talent, LLC seeks an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to own the full creator ecosystem—from sourcing and outreach to contracting, activation and ongoing relationship management. You will build a tiered roster across nano to ambassador levels and drive partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate channels.

You will manage seeding, gifting, affiliate collaborations, and paid activations while negotiating terms with leadership and maintaining day‑to‑day contact

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or a closely related role.
• Proven experience owning an influencer program end to end, including sourcing, outreach, contracting, briefing, affiliate management, relationship management, and performance reporting.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing creator storefronts, product listings, commission structures, creator onboarding, and affiliate performance.
• Experience managing seeding, gifting, affiliate, and paid creator partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills, with experience working directly with creators at different levels.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking creator and affiliate performance and using results to optimize partnerships.
• Ability to manage a large, active roster of creators and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Fully professional spoken and written English.
• Ability to work full‑time during PST hours and act as the day‑to‑day contact for creator partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer program end to end, including creator sourcing, outreach, vetting, contracting, briefing, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a tiered creator roster across nano, micro, macro, and ambassador-level partnerships.
• Identify creators who align with the brand’s aesthetic, audience, and commercial goals.
• Develop and manage ongoing seeding programs, gifting campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and paid creator activations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for all active influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate gifting, affiliate, and paid partnership terms in collaboration with leadership.
• Build long-term creator relationships rather than relying solely on one-off or transactional campaigns.
• Proactively identify emerging creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Own and optimize the brand’s affiliate presence across ShopMy, LTK, Impact, and TikTok Shop.
• Manage creator storefronts, product listings, commission structures, creator onboarding, and affiliate performance.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify top-performing creators, products, and content.
• Use performance data to optimize creator selection, commissions, campaigns, and ongoing partnerships.
• Manage TikTok Shop creator affiliate connections, product tagging, and related creator support.
• Stay current on platform updates, new tools, monetization opportunities, and best practices across affiliate channels.
• Own all inbound creator and brand collaboration requests, including evaluating fit, responding, and determining next steps.
• Develop and execute collaborations with aligned brands, organizations, and creators.
• Build a scalable process for reviewing, prioritizing, tracking, and responding to collaboration opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative and Marketing teams to bring collaboration concepts and creator campaigns to life.
• Track collaboration performance, document learnings, and make recommendations for future partnerships.
• Set and own quarterly influencer and affiliate growth goals across reach, engagement, affiliate sales, and revenue attribution.
• Develop strategies for scaling the creator ecosystem across new platforms, formats, and partnership tiers.
• Track influencer and affiliate performance metrics and translate results into actionable decisions.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, creator productivity, affiliate revenue, and collaboration outcomes.
• Continuously optimize the creator roster based on brand alignment and performance.
• Stay ahead of trends across influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and the broader creator economy.
• Maintain organized records of creator relationships, agreements, content deliverables, campaigns, and results.
