Job summary

Sunday is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to expand our creator, affiliate, and retail partnership programs. You will own a network of creators delivering performance-driven content that scales through paid media, in collaboration with the Director of Growth Marketing.

You will build briefs, recruit creators, negotiate partnerships, and drive measurable growth across DTC subscriptions and store sell-through with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• Deep understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid creator content, partnership ads, usage rights, and performance metrics.
• Analytical and creative, comfortable turning data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder who is comfortable working directly with talent and management.
• Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-volume network of creators for paid and performance-driven content.
• Collaborate with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance and refine recruitment briefs.
• Develop and manage creator briefs that fit our content strategy while allowing creativity.
• Lead and expand affiliate and ambassador programs to grow partnerships.
• Monitor quality, fraud and brand risk; optimize toward efficient customer acquisition.
• Align partnerships with retail initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
• Support social media scheduling and posting using existing content.
