Sunday is hiring a Manager of Influencer & Partnerships to own our creator, affiliate, and retail partnership programs. You will build a high-volume network of creators, craft performance-driven briefs, and collaborate with paid media, brand, and R&D to scale content into ads that drive growth.

The role focuses on quality partnerships, data-informed decision making, and scalable activation across creators, affiliates, and campaigns for national retail sell-through.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
• Deep understanding of creator and social media culture across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Analytical and creative, able to turn data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
• Confident negotiator who builds relationships with talent and management.

Responsabilités

• Build a strong pipeline of creators across personas and niches, prioritizing content quality to drive subscriptions and retail sell-through.
• Partner with Paid Social Manager to analyze performance and continuously improve recruitment and briefs.
• Create reporting on creator performance, including spend, CAC, ROAS, and hit rate.
• Test new influencer formats and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
• Manage internal content approvals, consolidating edits and communicating feedback to influencers.
• Ensure briefs and content stay on-brand, accurate, and regulation-compliant.
• Scout and test new UGC and influencer sourcing platforms to improve discovery and recruitment.
• Leverage seeded content to generate UGC and support paid campaigns.
• Develop creator briefs aligned with content strategy while allowing fresh ideas.
• Lead and expand Sunday’s affiliate and ambassador programs for performance-driven partnerships.
• Build a testing roadmap across partners, offers, and tracking setups.
• Monitor quality, fraud, and brand risk; optimize for efficient customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Retail and Growth teams to support sell-through and campaigns.
• Align partnerships with retail launches and seasonal moments, sharing insights.
• Assist social media scheduling and posting using existing content.
