Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Creator Solutions Account Manager to design and optimize top-tier creator programs for premier brands. You will diagnose needs, translate ambiguity into roadmaps, and present clear, actionable plans to senior stakeholders.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to align creator strategies with business goals, manage budgets and timelines, and drive measurable program growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading integrated strategy and execution in creator marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, or community-led programs.
• Strong experience in a client-facing, consultative role, with ability to shape full strategy decks and drive account growth.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem across major social platforms and verticals.
• Experience building and pitching strategic proposals and campaign plans to senior stakeholders.
• Integrated media experience across paid media, social, and affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with measurement methods such as MMM, brand lift, sales lift, and MTA.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio from strategy to launch, optimization and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop breakthrough, data-driven creator strategies including proposals, pricing, budget allocation, and content formats.
• Supervise Sr Associates and Leads, ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Community teams.
