Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Commerce (TikTok Shop & Trybe) to own and scale the AG1 TikTok Shop and Trybe Program. This role oversees the TikTok Shop P&L, from storefront and merchandising to agency management, creator/affiliate strategy, and LIVE commerce.

It also leads Trybe end-to-end, including the VIP tier and paid strategy, reporting to the VP of Partnerships. The role sits on the Growth team and blends execution with strategic planning and creator relationship building to

Qualifications

• Proven track record running and scaling a TikTok Shop with P&L ownership.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of creator/affiliate programs on TikTok Shop.
• Experience owning P&L and trading spend against margin and growth targets.
• Track record building and running creator or affiliate communities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the TikTok Shop P&L, balancing costs against GMV targets.
• Own agency management for TikTok Shop and ensure partner accountability.
• Lead storefront merchandising strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalog sync.
• Drive affiliate and creator strategy from recruitment to activation.
• Build creator outreach pipeline across tiers; manage incentives and contests.
• Own LIVE commerce planning, scheduling, and post-stream analysis.
• Forecast, diagnose, and optimize performance across the funnel.
