Humanz is seeking a strategic TikTok Shop Manager to lead day-to-day management and growth of clients' TikTok Shop operations. You will drive GMV growth, optimize shop performance, and manage creator and affiliate partnerships, serving as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop strategy and performance.
• Lead regular client check-ins, weekly updates and monthly KPI reviews.
• Translate client goals into growth strategies and operational plans.
• Oversee daily operations of client TikTok Shop accounts and ensure listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions are maintained.
• Identify and recruit creators and affiliates to drive sales and manage partnerships.
