Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own and grow the UGC corpus as a strategic asset. You will unite content understanding and supply under one roadmap, directing classification, metadata, quality, and AI foundations.

You will lead a senior team and partner with applied ML and data science to drive business outcomes. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and shape the org's direction while aligning content decisions with licensing, growth, and product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership of PM teams (4+ years).
• Experience in data-heavy domains: ML/AI, search, recommendations, content platforms.
• Strong data fluency and ability to work with ML/data science teams.
• Familiarity with data structures related to AI training.
• Experience with content licensing or two-sided data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap across classification, metadata, and quality.
• Drive corpus gap analysis and ensure corpus is legible to products and teams.
• Lead end-to-end UGC supply, partnerships, and supply strategy.
• Build and own the AI foundation for the UGC corpus, including segmentation and retrieval.
• Lead senior product leaders and collaborate with executives on roadmap and outcomes.
