Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own knowing our UGC corpus and growing it as a strategic asset. You will unify content understanding with supply, bridging data science and product decisions to drive growth and quality across search, discovery, and recommendations.

The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and requires strong leadership of established teams, with a track record in data-heavy domains and a strategic mindset tied to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in data-heavy domains.
• Depth in ML/AI-powered products, search, or content platforms.
• Genuine data fluency and ability to work with data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Grow UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and supply-side experience.
• Unify content acquisition strategy across programs and partnerships.
• Build AI foundation for the corpus: segmentation, sampling, metadata, retrieval.
• Lead senior PMs and collaborate with ML and engineering teams to align roadmap with business outcomes.
