Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own and grow the UGC corpus as a strategic asset. You will unite content understanding with supply, bridging classification, metadata, quality, and enrichment with end-to-end contributor experiences.

You’ll lead a team and partner with ML, data science, and engineering to drive business outcomes. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate across executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Depth in data-heavy product domains: ML/AI, search, recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, quality.
• Grow UGC supply end to end: uploads, conversions, contributor experience.
• Build AI knowledge infrastructure: segmentation, corpus description, metadata retrieval.
• Lead senior product leaders and cross-functional teams, aligning portfolio to business outcomes.
