Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own the UGC corpus and turn it into a strategic asset. You will connect classification, metadata, quality, and growth with cross-functional teams to drive AI-informed decisions.

You will lead a senior PM group and partner with ML, data science, and engineering, shaping the org's direction and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with 4+ years leading product teams.
• Deep experience in data-heavy product domains: ML/AI, search, recommendations, content platforms.
• Strong ability to direct classification and corpus-analysis work with ML and data science partners.
• Familiarity with data structures used for AI training and two-sided content dynamics.
• Strategic driver who links content decisions to business outcomes and licensing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, metadata, quality, and enrichment.
• Own UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and contributor experience.
• Unify content acquisition strategy across user-generated content and partnerships.
• Partner with product orgs to grow the corpus where it adds most value.
• Lead and develop senior PMs and engineering squads; drive cross-functional alignment.
