Scribd, Inc. seeks a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own and grow our UGC corpus as a strategic asset. You will unify content understanding with supply, aligning classification, metadata, and quality with ML-driven insights.

Lead a team spanning content understanding and UGC supply, partnering with applied ML, engineering, and data science to drive product decisions. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and shape the org's direction, roadmap, and future growth, turning data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, incl. leading product teams or senior PMs.
• Genuine data fluency and ability to work with ML and data science teams.
• Depth in data-heavy product domains (ML/AI, search, recommendations, content platforms).

Responsibilities

• Own content understanding roadmap: classification, metadata, quality across the UGC corpus.
• Own UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and contributor experience.
• Unify content acquisition strategy across partners and creators.
• Lead and develop senior product leaders and aligned engineering teams.
