Scribd, Inc. seeks a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own knowing our UGC corpus and growing it as a strategic asset. You will connect content understanding with supply growth, aligning classification, metadata, and AI-driven insights to product strategy and business outcomes.

The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and leads an established team, including a content understanding program and a UGC supply squad, with room to shape direction, structure, and growth across the org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years leading product teams or senior PMs.
• Deep data fluency with ML/AI, search, or content platforms.
• Experience with content licensing or B2B data products.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality.
• Grow UGC supply end to end; coordinate acquisitions and partnerships.
• Connect corpus supply to demand by partnering with consumer product groups.
• Build AI knowledge infrastructure: segmentation, corpus description, and retrieval.
• Lead senior product leaders and cross-functional squads.
