Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own knowing our UGC corpus and growing it as a strategic asset. You will connect content understanding with growth, ensuring the corpus informs search, discovery, and recommendations.

You will lead a team, partner with data science and ML and drive a portfolio-level roadmap that aligns with business outcomes and licensing considerations. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years leading product teams or senior PMs.
• Depth in data-heavy product domains: ML/AI, search, recommendations or content platforms.
• Experience with supply-side or two-sided product dynamics: creators or content acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Drive corpus gap analysis and prioritize content growth strategies.
• Make the corpus legible to products (search, discovery, recommendations) and to engineering/data systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and connect corpus decisions to business outcomes.
