Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own and grow the UGC corpus as a strategic asset. You will connect content understanding with growth in supply, and partner with ML and data science teams to build AI foundations for scalable knowledge infrastructure.

You will lead a team, drive a unified roadmap across content understanding and supply, and influence executive decisions with clear, data-driven insights at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years leading product teams or senior PMs.
• Deep expertise in data-heavy product domains: ML/AI, search, content platforms, or marketplaces.
• Familiarity with data structures used for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Own content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Grow UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and supply-side UX.
• Build knowledge infrastructure for AI: segmentation, corpus description, metadata and retrieval capabilities.
• Lead senior product leaders and the program with charter, engineering squads, and analysts.
• Communicate with executives and align corpus decisions with business outcomes.
