Job summary

The Safety Manager at Complete Fence will own the safety program end to end, writing policies, setting standards, and building systems that keep every job site, crew, and driver safe and in line with OSHA and customer requirements.

Reporting to leadership and with the Field Safety Specialist under you, you'll manage certifications, incident investigations, and corrective actions, and partner with Fleet and HR to embed safety as a daily operational norm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading safety programs in construction or field operations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Own Safety Policy & Program Ownership: write and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Own Compliance & Documentation: manage certification calendars and audit-ready safety docs.
• Lead Incident Management: oversee investigations, corrective actions, and reporting.
• Drive Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: monitor safety metrics and chair Safety Standards Committee.
• Lead Team Leadership: supervise Field Safety Specialist and growing safety staff.
