CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will guide architecture, platform engineering, automation, and governance to enable scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platforms.

Collaboration with DevOps, SRE, security, and data teams is essential in delivering enterprise-grade cloud capabilities.

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
5+ years in technology leadership or architecture leadership.
7+ years of deep engineering across GCP/AWS/Azure.
5+ years with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD.
5+ years defining SLOs/SLIs and production readiness.

Mansioni

Own the multi-cloud platform strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Drive automation, platforms, and observability to enable scalable application onboarding.
Partner with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE to ensure reliable production operation.
Establish governance, security, cost controls, and capacity planning for cloud platforms.
Develop talent and establish engineering standards, playbooks, and reviews.
