CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS and Azure. This leader will drive architecture, platform engineering, automation and production readiness at enterprise scale.

You will build teams, set roadmaps, establish engineering standards, and partner with security, data and DevOps to deliver scalable, observable platforms with cost awareness.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of deep engineering experience in at least one major public cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• 5+ years with Terraform, CI/CD automation and reusable patterns.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/Production SRE teams to ensure production operation.

• Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate priorities into engineering initiatives and manage technical debt and modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive visibility into roadmap progress and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of cloud platforms.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities and reusable engineering patterns.
• Partner with Production SRE to ensure production readiness and operational reliability.
• Define security, identity, data protection, and policy requirements into patterns and governance.
