Job summary

Valon Technologies is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead our Cloud and Developer Infrastructure teams. You will set strategy across compute, storage, data platforms, and CI/CD, while mentoring managers and technical leads to scale a secure, reliable platform.

You will balance production reliability with an empowering developer experience, partnering with product, security, and operations to drive a measurable, company-wide infrastructure roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership across infra teams.
• Experience owning a broad infra portfolio (cloud, compute, storage, SRE).
• Strong track record delivering scalable, secure production systems.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year infra strategy for Cloud and Developer Infra.
• Lead and grow a high-performing org including managers and leads.
• Own roadmaps and investments across compute, storage, data platforms, and observability.
• Set standards for reliability, security, and incident management.
• Collaborate with leaders to align infra with product and business goals.
