OpenKrill is seeking a Channel Chief to lead indirect sales and the partner ecosystem across regions. You will design and run the channel go-to-market strategy, manage alliances, and guide partner programs with a focus on revenue growth and collaborative execution.

The role requires building executive-level relationships, governing partner agreements, and fostering a high-performance channel organization in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel, alliances, or partner sales leadership at senior level.
• Proven ability to build or scale a partner program across ecosystems.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and direct the channel go-to-market strategy and partner terms.
• Lead relationships with VARs, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners.
• Monitor partner performance and report results to executives.
• Own partner enablement, certification, commissions, and co-marketing.
• Mediate channel conflicts and advocate for partner investments.
