OpenKrill, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Affiliate Partnerships Manager based in the United States to lead affiliate programs for multiple client accounts. The role blends partner recruitment, performance analysis, and client strategy to drive revenue and online visibility, working with SEO, content, and digital PR teams in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in affiliate, partnership, influencer, or performance marketing.
• At least 2 years in a marketing agency or professional services.
• Proven success growing affiliate partnerships that drive revenue.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking, cookies, and attribution windows.
• Hands-on with affiliate networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, CJ, Awin, Amazon Associates or Everflow.
• Strong analytical skills to forecast opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent client-facing communication; able to lead meetings independently.
• Experience mentoring juniors and managing multiple accounts remotely.
• Interest in AI and large language models shaping online discovery.
• B2B and B2C affiliate program experience is a plus.
• Affiliate marketing certification is a plus.

• Own strategy, execution, and ongoing management of affiliate programs across multiple client accounts.
• Develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmaps aligned with client revenue and AI-driven discovery goals.
• Recruit, negotiate with, and activate partners; manage commissions and insertion orders.
• Apply recruitment, onboarding, content partnership, and performance management processes.
• Configure and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting workflows on key platforms.
• Analyze program performance, identify conversion challenges, and optimize independently.
• Lead client meetings, present results, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Mentor Affiliate Partnerships Specialists and review team work.
• Support sales calls and proposals with opportunity assessment and strategy outlines.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and digital PR to grow integrated strategies.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and industry trends in a remote environment.
