Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth into a weekly seller execution plan and drive cross-functional alignment. This remote role supports the West Coast region with travel as needed.

You will own regional pipeline execution, roadshows, contracting coordination, and performance insights to accelerate growth and improve seller effectiveness across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Required to travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including resource allocation and calendar alignment.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy and post-roadshow evaluation.
• Own the quarterly Centers of Excellence events, planning and delivery.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region, coordinating required documentation.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execute post-event activities.
• Analyze and communicate regional execution performance with dashboards and indicators.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and execution.
• Lead cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues with other teams.
• Continuously improve the regional execution model.
