Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time on-site Admissions role at one campus. You will own the enrollment journey from first inquiry to onboarding, managing 20+ families across stages, and leading tours and shadow days to showcase the program to affluent families.

You will maintain CRM/SIS data, leverage AI tools for prep, and deliver timely decisions. Candidates must relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or other markets and be US-work authorized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25,000+ per client
• Owned a client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/tracking system
• Informed clients to decline enrollment when not a good fit
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflows
• Concisely communicate with executives/high-net-worth individuals
• Led polished in-person tours/presentations for affluent families
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days
• Owned measurable enrollment/revenue targets and local partnerships
• Willing to relocate to an open campus market within 60 days
• Willing to work on-site daily; US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages concurrently.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions to families personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline weekly.
