Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Enrollment Director to own one campus admissions end-to-end, from inquiry to first-day onboarding. You will manage 20+ active families, run tours, info sessions, and shadow days, and deliver decisions directly to families. Expect to keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date while using AI tools for prep and summaries.

This is a full-time, on-site role at a campus, with relocation support and daily in-person engagement for affluent families in a select market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25,000+ per client.
• Owned client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously.
• Knew when to say no to protect fit.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, or meetings for affluent families.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned measurable enrollment or high-value customer acquisition targets.
• Willing to relocate within 60 days to a campus market.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey end-to-end for one campus.
