Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Eight years in banking/financial-services operations with hands-on payments and loan operations experience.
• Five years of people leadership, overseeing supervisors and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end banking operations, including payments, deposits, onboarding, account maintenance, and loan servicing.
• Lead operational risk, compliance, and internal controls across the function.
• Manage commercial loan operations from closing through funding and servicing.
• Drive operational governance, incident management, and customer-service excellence.
