Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years in digital banking operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and information security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the digital operations team to ensure uptime and accuracy.
• Oversee daily digital banking applications and payment operations.
• Identify process improvements and document new procedures.
• Monitor cases across digital vendors and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure compliant operations with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and annual compliance course participation.
