Job summary
Nymbus is seeking an SVP, Product Management, Core Banking to lead the strategic direction, squad output, and commercial outcomes of the Core Banking domain. You will manage Builders and collaborate daily with Architects and Shippers to deliver a modern, configurable core banking engine across deposits, lending, and settlement.
This AI-first leadership role requires deep domain expertise in core banking, ledger integrity, and multi-tenant architecture, with a track record of shipping high-stakes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles in core banking or financial services infrastructure
- Deep hands-on experience with core banking platforms—deposits, lending, or both
- Experience leading product/tech teams in fintech or banking environments
- Strong knowledge of ledger structures, posting models, and double-entry accounting
Responsibilities
- Owns and executes on the product roadmap for the Core Banking domain
- Define the vision for a modern, configurable, multi-tenant core banking engine
- Prioritize squad work against business outcomes and platform strategy
- Represent the domain in executive planning, client conversations, and board updates
- Drive commercial outcomes through domain reliability and capability
