Bank of America in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a unit within our internal operations. You will oversee end‑to‑end processes, coach staff, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements aligned to risk controls and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes people leadership, process optimization, and data‑driven decision making, with a focus on collaboration across teams and ensuring service levels meet client and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in operations, finance, accounting, or related function within regulated or process-driven environment.
• Experience overseeing operational processes, ensuring adherence to procedures, service levels, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing financial transactions or complex documentation to identify discrepancies and mitigate risk.
• Experience managing workflow, staffing, or capacity planning to meet business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to policy and procedures in decisions affecting operations and product lines.
• Manages budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas; directs transaction review practices and ensures consistent workflows.
• Leads staffing decisions, coaching, and development to drive operational excellence and align resources with volumes.
• Implements process improvements and measures data, metrics, and KPIs to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.
• Aligns priorities with employee metrics and fosters an inclusive work environment with strong risk management and timely decisions.
